Update from the deep wilds of Cornwall

It’s been just over 2 weeks since I last updated this blog but things have been busy. Also, I’ve been suffering from some abscesses that have laid me low for a few days, although they seem to be healing now.

Last weekend I cleaned out the inside of my computer. Something I’ve not done for a couple of years so there was a great deal of gunge inside it. I really must get round to doing it more often. Anyway, since then the CPU is certainly running cooler! The only downside is that now my webcam won’t work properly, so I’ve uninstalled it and will have to see how it is when I get round to reinstalling it. And, this weekend I’m going to increase the RAM to give me double to computing capacity.

Plus, I’ve finally found the time to add some music files to both my MP3 player, and my mobile phone. That was a job I’ve been trying to get around to doing for quite some time. In fact I’ve managed to catch up with quite a few little jobs around the place, both on and off the computer, that I’ve been meaning to get done for quite some while.

I’ve also been researching some more articles, and hope to have a new one on-line in the near future.

You might now be asking what the point of this post is. Well, it’s for no particular reason; just that I’ve not updated for a while and felt I ought to write something for people to read as I get a fair few visitors each day. If there’s nothing new for them to read then they’re likely to stop visiting, and I really wouldn’t want that to happen as I appreciate people taking an interest.

So thank you to everyone who takes the time to come over and see if I’ve uploaded anything new. And, next time, I promise to write about something that’s a lot more interesting :)
